Delivery Policy

Vitta Belle operates under the dropshipping model, which means that the products offered in our store are shipped directly from the warehouses of our partner suppliers, both in Spain and abroad.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the shipping terms described here and understand that delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location.
SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

In the event of a processing delay, we will notify you by email to the address registered with your order.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times for Spain are as follows:

National orders (within mainland Spain): between 5 and 10 business days .

International orders shipped to Spain: between 7 and 15 business days .

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

In special promotions, Vitta Belle may offer free shipping for certain products or orders that meet minimum purchase requirements.

Any additional customs fees, duties or taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer.
SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code in your email.
With this code, you can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING LIABILITY

Vitta Belle is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (shippers, customs, etc.).

The risk of loss of the product is transferred to the customer at the time the order is handed over to the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
SECTION 7 – FAILED SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS TO SENDER
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to the sender.
In this case:

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for original shipping charges.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete , you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographic evidence to the email: contactovittabellee@gmail.com .
We will review the case with our supplier and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy .
